The short version
Bull Market is free to use. To view your shortlist we ask for your name and email, which we use to show and send you your results and, only if you opt in, occasional alerts. We never sell your personal data; we monetise aggregated, anonymised insight only.
What we collect
The name and email you provide to view results; your declared inputs (market, budget, goal, criteria); and how you interact with results (which picks you expand or click). We also log basic technical and analytics data where you have consented.
Lawful bases (UK GDPR)
We rely on your consent to store your name and email and to send marketing, and on legitimate interests for anonymised, aggregated product analytics. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.
Data minimisation
We ask only for a name and email to deliver your results. Marketing alerts are opt-in and separate; declining them does not stop you seeing your shortlist. For convenience we remember your name and email in your own browser so you do not have to re-enter them; you can clear this anytime with the “Not you?” link or by clearing your browser storage.
Your rights
You can request access to, export of, or erasure of your data at any time by emailing us. We will delete your records on request.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell raw personal data. Any commercial use is limited to aggregated and anonymised demand insight that cannot identify you.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links to marketplaces and listings are affiliate links, managed through Skimlinks. If you click one and go on to buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences which cars we surface or how they are scored. Skimlinks may set cookies to attribute a referral; you can decline non-essential cookies in the consent banner.
Not financial advice
Everything in Bull Market is informational enthusiast analysis, not financial or investment advice. We present theses and confidence levels, never guaranteed returns, and we always show the key risks.
