Recent sales data shows appreciation from £82k average in October 2024 to projected £96k now, with a reported £10k rise in 12 months. Limited supply, last naturally aspirated Cayman GT, and exclusivity position it strongly for continued appreciation as 718 GT4 turbos correct post-COVID.
