Is the Porsche Cayman a good investment?

The thesis

The 981 GT4 was the first GT Cayman—385hp 3.8 flat-six, manual only, and now seen as the sweet spot between usability and GT purity. Trading around $80–110k USD (£63–87k), it punches far above its weight. The 718 GT4 4.0 is better dynamically but costs $130k+; the 981 is the value GT4 and first-generation halo. Production was limited, US allocation modest, and manual GT Porsches have not finished their run.
