Is the Porsche 991.2 GT3 a good investment?
Manual (2018–2019)
The thesis
After Porsche offered only PDK on the 991.1 GT3, the manual returned for the 991.2 GT3 (and Touring) thanks to 911 R demand—re-establishing the six-speed in the GT lineup. The 4.0L naturally aspirated flat-six delivers 500hp at 8,250rpm. Recent UK forum and sales data show manuals trading around £110–120k, with low-mileage or Touring specs reaching £160k+. The 991.2 manual GT3 occupies a sweet spot: modern enough for daily usability, analogue enough to be cherished. Prices stable to firming; not yet peaked, but early run has occurred. Fits budget ceiling perfectly.
