Is the Porsche 911 a good investment?
997.2 Turbo manual RHD coupe (2010-2013)
The thesis
The 997.2 Turbo manual is the last 911 Turbo offered with three pedals globally—PDK became standard from 991 onward. The 500hp 3.8L DFI engine with VTG turbos delivers monumental real-world performance, and AWD makes it usable year-round. Recent US sales average $150k and climbing; RHD UK-market cars trade at a premium over earlier 997.1 Turbos. Manual take-rate was tiny, making survivors highly collectible.
