The 997.1 GT3 is the sweet spot GT3: 415 hp Mezger flat-six, six-speed manual, hydraulic steering, and no turbochargers. It is the bridge between the raw 996 GT3 and the more clinical 997.2. RHD UK-spec cars exist but are rare. Current market sits at £75–95k, placing entry firmly at the top of budget. The GT3 has run materially but still offers more upside than the CSL. Not as pure as the RS but far more accessible.
