The thesis

The 570S is McLaren's entry-level Sports Series, with a 562hp twin-turbo V8, carbon tub, and everyday usability. UK market shows examples £110–160k. However, it fails core criteria: it's turbocharged (not NA) and has a dual-clutch transmission (no manual). McLaren residuals have been weak historically, and the brand lacks the investment-grade cachet of Ferrari/Porsche. While a capable and modern supercar, it does not meet the user's stated deal-breakers and offers poor appreciation prospects. Included here only as a counterexample of what NOT to buy given the brief.
