Is the Lotus Exige Sport 420 Final Edition a good investment?

The Sport 420 Final Edition was one of three farewell variants marking the end of 21 years of Exige production. Only 217 were built worldwide, with 420hp from a supercharged Toyota V6 and manual-only transmission. It represents the last naturally-aspirated-ethos mid-engine Lotus before electrification. The car launched in 2021, so depreciation has already occurred; used examples now trade £85k–£110k. Low production and end-of-line status tick both user criteria, though supercharging breaks purist N/A preference.
