Is the Lamborghini Gallardo a good investment?
LP 570-4 Superleggera (manual, 2010–2013)
The thesis
The Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera was Lamborghini's lightweight, track-focused variant with 570hp from a 5.2L V10. Manual transmission was a no-cost option, but only ~5% of all Gallardos were built with manuals, and the LP-generation (post-2008) saw manual take rates drop to ~1–2%. Total Superleggera production was 618 units globally, with manual examples extremely rare (estimated <10 globally based on forum data). RHD manual examples are almost non-existent. This sits below budget ceiling but represents one of the last naturally aspirated V10 supercars with a gated manual. Exit liquidity is medium due to Lamborghini's smaller collector base versus Ferrari/Porsche.
