Is the Lamborghini Gallardo a good investment?
LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni (2010)
The thesis
Limited to 250 units worldwide. Rear-wheel drive, manual-optioned, naturally aspirated 5.2L V10, named after Lamborghini's legendary test driver. Lowest production of any mainstream Gallardo special. Market £140–£200k—substantially below Ferrari limited editions of similar rarity. The Balboni is the purist's Gallardo; recognition and pricing lag fundamentals.
