Is the Ferrari F430 a good investment?
Scuderia Spider 16M (2009)
The thesis
Exactly 499 built to commemorate Ferrari's 16th F1 Constructors' title in 2008—the last before their current drought. F1-SuperFast 2 paddle-shift, 510 hp 4.3L V8, convertible Scuderia experience. Prices surged late 2025/early 2026: one sold $1.98M (Mecum Kissimmee, low-mile/yellow), another $907k, with mid-six-figure norms now £250k–£300k floor per Collecting Cars. Recent Hagerty piece notes 'conspicuously higher' pricing. Rarity (499) and special-edition pedigree are driving late-stage momentum, but it has already appreciated substantially from original $313k base—difficult to call it 'early.'
